Welcome to the Craft Magick sanctum.
Craft Magick is a boutique chainmaille jewelry atelier offering adornments forged with intention and woven by hand.
If you are seeking armor uniquely crafted for you, we invite you to explore our custom order services.
Please follow the instructions below to submit your request.
Submitting a Custom Order Request
Custom order requests are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Due to the sacred nature of handmade chainmaille and the time and care involved in each creation, we maintain a limited number of active custom slots at any given time. When our queue is full, a waitlist is offered for those who wish to join our circle.

Time-sensitive requests (such as gifts or holiday pieces) should be submitted at least six weeks in advance to ensure proper time for creation and delivery. Availability is limited and timelines vary depending on the complexity of your piece.
What to Include in Your Request
To help us best understand your vision, please include as many of the following details as possible:
- Style of chainmaille
- Type of jewelry (bracelet, choker, earrings, etc.)
- Desired length or sizing
- Any design preferences, inspirations, or ideas
- Requests for beads, stones, charms, or pendents
If you’re unfamiliar with chainmaille patterns and need assistance selecting a weave that fits your vision, please let us know. We are happy to offer guidance during the design process.
We are able to add adornments such as beads, charms, and pendants to your custom piece. Our available gemstone selection is composed of entirely natural stones –– we do not use acrylic, plastic, resin, glass, polymer, lucite or other synthetic beads or charms in our work. We occasionally offer freshwater pearls.
Our offerings are intentionally limited, but if you seek a specific stone or style, we may be able to accommodate your vision.
All available pendents are wrapped in chainmaille and can be purchased separately from our armory.
Should you desire a particular gemstone be bound in maille, let us know in your message. We may be able to accommodate you.
Please Note Before Submitting:
- All Craft Magick chains are made from stainless steel, and are only available in silver tone.
- We do not work with anodized steel, aluminum, colored metals, or gold/silver plating.
- We are not accepting chainmaille clothing orders at this time.
- All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Processing & Production
Creative visions are always welcome within the sanctum.
That said, due to the constraints of the medium, not all requests can be accommodated exactly as submitted. We will always work with you to craft something powerful, personal, and enduring.
All custom requests go through an assessment process to determine design feasibility, timeline, and pricing.
After your request is reviewed:
- You will receive a custom quote
- Once payment is received in full, your order will move into the production queue
Order Fulfillment Timeline
All Craft Magick pieces are handmade with ritual precision. Please allow:
- 2 to 4 weeks for production before shipment
- Larger or more complex orders may require a TBD production timeline, which will be communicated to you after assessment
Waitlist & Availability
Custom commissions are accepted first come, first served. If our order queue is full:
- You’ll be offered a position in our Sanctum Queue
- When your slot becomes available, we will notify you via email
- Payment is due upon notification to secure your place in the production cycle. A 3 day grace period will be applied upon notification. Due to the length of the queue, if we do not receive confirmation and payment for your order, we will have to move on to the next available Seeker.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a custom order request:
- Email support@craftmagick.shop
- If you are on the waitlist and no longer wish to proceed, let us know so we can offer the space to another Seeker
Please note:
Once payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Alterations
Alterations to custom orders may be possible before shipment, but are subject to limitations.
To request a change:
- Email support@craftmagick.shop with your request
- We will do our best to accommodate your needs
- Additional work may require additional fees

Repairs
All Craft Magick armor comes with free lifetime repair service.

Returns & Exchanges
All orders — including custom pieces — are final sale.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work and the energetic signature imbued into each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
