Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our armor, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This return policy is clearly disclosed prior to checkout and is binding once your order is placed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items, including gift cards, custom products (such as special orders, custom orders, or personalized items), and sale items.

Before placing an order, please note that all items are handmade, most are made to order, and processed & shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Craft Magick cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for shipping delays caused by the courier’s error or mishandling.

Repairs & Resizing

We stand by the integrity of our work.

We do not offer free adjustments or resizing after purchase.

Please check all measurements carefully before ordering.

If you require a adjustment or resizing after purchase, these services are available starting at $30 plus return shipping. Final pricing depends on the complexity of the work and materials required.

Repairs and resizing must be approved before sending your item. Please contact us to discuss availability, cost, and processing time. Unapproved shipments may be refused.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the Craft Magick studio unless otherwise stated.

  • Repairs: If your armor breaks under normal wear, we will repair it at no charge. You are responsible for shipping the item to us; return shipping back to you is on us.

  • Damage from negligence or misuse: If the damage is caused by accident, misuse, or neglect, repairs are available starting at $30 plus shipping. Final cost will depend on the complexity of the work and materials needed.

  • Resizing: Resizing for incorrect size selection is not free. Please check measurements carefully before ordering. Resizing is available starting at $30 plus shipping.

All repairs and resizing must be approved before sending your item. Unapproved shipments may be refused.

No Chargebacks Policy

By placing an order with Craft Magick, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for items clearly disclosed as final sale or non-refundable. We reserve the right to contest any disputes or claims filed with your financial institution.

Force Majeure

Craft Magick shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, postal service disruptions, or other force majeure events).

Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Gift Card Policy

— Online Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases made through our website. Enter the unique code during checkout to apply the balance.
— No Expiration: Gift cards never expire.
— Loss, Theft, or Damage: Treat your gift card like cash. Craft Magick cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, and cannot reissue or refund them once purchased.
— Product Exclusions: Gift cards may not be valid for certain collaborative pieces. These offerings may carry unique terms.
— Returns & Refunds: All gift card sales are final.

Processing Fee Disclaimer

Craft Magick reserves the right to apply a processing or restocking fee for exceptional cases where a return or repair request is accepted outside the stated policy, at our discretion.
