Shipping Policy

Shipping Availability & Pricing
Shipping is only available within the United States at this time, and pricing is based on USPS flat rate shipping prices.

All orders over $300 will be eligible for free shipping within the USA where restrictions do not apply.


Processing & Production Times
Due to the nature of our handcrafted pieces, shipment times will vary.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for reception of your shipment.

Made-to-Order Shipments
Please note: Made-to-order products will be clearly labeled as such in the description section of our product cards.
Most of our Made-to-Order armor will require a longer processing time.
Expect about 2 - 4 weeks of production time for our made-to-order armor in our collections, and up to 6 weeks for custom and specialty armor production at our studio.
The timeline for a custom order or made-to-order shipment will depend on many factors.
Orders processed during major holidays will require additional time for processing.
Adjustments and other specialty requests may require additional time for processing and may incur additional fees.

Custom Orders
Custom items that are made to order may take 4-6 weeks for arrival.
All armor forged by Craft Magick is handmade, cleaned, packed and shipped by a single individual.
Please allow our crafting process grace and patience as all armor is made with intention and care. Expect a timeline of 2-4 weeks for production, and up to an additional 2 weeks for arrival of your shipment.


Shipping Times
We aim to provide you with accurate delivery estimates during the checkout process.
It is important to note that these estimates are provided for your convenience and are intended as approximations rather than guaranteed delivery times.

Customers will be notified via email when their order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)

  • Economy Shipping (USPS First Class Package) — 5–8 business days in transit.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) — 3–4 business days in transit.

Please note: These transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time. Orders that include made-to-order or custom items will ship once production is complete.


Order Shipment Notifications
We will promptly email you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.


Return To Sender Packages

Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reach out to the customer to confirm the correct address. Once the correct address is obtained, we will reship the package at the customer's expense for shipping charges.
To avoid these issues, please double check (and then triple check) that the address input for your order is correct.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts by the carrier, we will contact the customer to arrange a re-delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
Refunds will not be issued if the recipient refuses the package.
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in promotions.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of repair or adjustment.


Lost, Stolen or Delayed Shipments
Craft Magick is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Ownership and risk of loss for all purchases pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Craft Magick shall not be held liable for delays, misdeliveries, loss, theft, or any failure in delivery caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

This includes, but is not limited to:
— Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received
— Delays in transit due to carrier service disruptions
— Incorrect or insufficient delivery information provided by the customer
— Theft or loss after confirmed delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure. If a package is marked as delivered but is not received, or if it is delayed or lost in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Craft Magick will provide reasonable assistance (such as proof of shipment or tracking documentation) to support the customer in filing a claim, but we are not responsible for the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
